Stephen Fairchild

Stephen Fairchild is an accomplished legal professional with a strong educational background. He obtained his Doctor of Law degree with honors from Duke University School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and German with highest honors from Colgate University. Stephen has held various prominent positions in the legal field, including serving as an Attorney at the Federal Trade Commission, Assistant Attorney General at the Washington State Office of the Attorney General, and Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. Additionally, he has valuable experience as a Law Clerk at both the U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court.
