Closely with segment leaders of the commercial areas, we review the strategy segment-by-segment, identify opportunities, create business cases to quantify potential, and we implement them across the Business Units.Key projects are:•	The B2B segment “Meetings & Events” – after an in-depth analysis of the segment (around €400m in revenues per year), we identified several areas for improvement. •	The B2B segment “Corporate Business” – in this segment, that accounts for approx. €250m per year, the main challenge is to move from a fixed pricing strategy to a dynamic pricing strategy. In general, this position combines working in analytical areas (pricing, strategy, creation of tools in VBA for Excel & Access) but also the project/change management in a very international environment.

At NH, I implemented the new B2C pricing strategy in systems and channels for approx. 400 hotels worldwide. My role was to define the implementation process, validate this with all stakeholders (IT, Distribution, eCommerce, Operations & Revenue Management) and coordinate the roll-out of the new strategy.
