Jakub Glodek is an accomplished Sr. Manager Solutions Consulting whose expertise spans several industries. He has contributed immensely to the growth of Zendesk as a former Manager Solutions Consulting for Emerging Products, and he was responsible for creating solutions for Zendesk Sell as a Principal Solutions Consultant. With over a decade of experience, Jakub has served in various senior consulting and IT roles, including Sr. Product Enablement Manager for Zendesk Chat and Sr. Strategic Solution Consultant. Additionally, he has worked as an IT Support Engineer and a Communication Specialist in the Army.
