• Developed a budgeting and forecasting process for the corporate balance sheet and cash flow through partnering with business owners to update outlook on working cap, capital spend, debt payments/refinances and non-recurring spend (addbacks)
• Revamped the monthly Board reports. New materials took the same amount of time to complete but provided a more robust update on business trends and variances against plans

• Streamlined the board reporting process and improved completion time by over 30% through automating and consolidating reports around decisions
