Franklin Byaruhanga is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in integration, configuration, planning, optimization, and support of CS Core Network Elements for WCDMA and GSM.

He has a proven track record of success and excels in effective communication, leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills, making him suitable for roles as a Team Leader, Team Member, or working independently.

His hands-on experience includes working with various nodes like MGW, MSC Server, Blade Cluster, MSC, GMSC, HLR, BSC, SCP, and STP, on platforms such as AXE810, BSP, IS, and CPP.

Franklin has expertise in programming languages like Erlang and Swift, and his technical skills revolve around Ericsson CS Core Network, focusing on integration & commissioning, operation & maintenance, software & hardware upgrades, and faults & configuration management.

In addition to his technical abilities, he possesses non-technical skills like excellent interpersonal communication, strong cooperation skills, a consultative approach, problem-solving and performance orientation, knowledge sharing willingness, cultural and diversity awareness, good presentation, facilitating skills, and proficiency in the English language.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications from Makerere University, as well as diplomas and certificates in Software Engineering and Information Systems Management from APTECH Computer Education.
