Daniel James is a highly experienced Enterprise Agile & DevOps Transformation Coach & Trainer who has been specializing in Agile methodologies and principles since 2002. With 40+ years of IT experience and a record of improving IT responsiveness to business strategies and priorities, Daniel has helped companies in a variety of industries to achieve business agility, increase productivity, improve quality, reduce time-to-market, reduce risk, and embrace continuous change.

Daniel has worked with companies such as Sallie Mae Bank, Kohl's Department Stores, FlightSafety International, Semantra, Inc., and Elevate Credit, and has led transformations resulting in significant improvements in overall delivery, productivity, and quality. He is a Certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant and SAFe 5 DevOps Practitioner with experience helping enterprises transition to Agile and scale their software and DevOps teams, along with value stream and portfolio creation.

In addition to his extensive experience as an Agile practitioner, coach, and trainer, Daniel also holds an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on IT Management, achieving a 4.0 GPA from Rushmore University. He has served in various roles throughout his career, including Senior Consultant, Assistant Director of Programs, Product Owner, Agile Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Semantic Technologist, Project Manager, Senior Business & Systems Analyst, CTO, and CEO.
