Gaines Jonakin is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in technology and digital media companies. He is the Co-Founder and Owner of Chiwalah Software, a software development startup, and formerly served as the SVP of Product and Operations at Q1Media. During his 13-year tenure at Q1Media, Jonakin played a key role in driving the company's unprecedented revenue growth by establishing and leading high-achieving technical, operations, and product teams. He also conceptualized and implemented solutions to difficult market and client issues and overhauled processes for greater operational efficiency.
