Mark McElroy is an experienced agility practitioner, creative consultant, scriptwriter, host/presenter, writer, and producer based in the United States. With a passion for helping leaders work more creatively, tell their own best stories, and do the best work of their lives, McElroy has experience working in a variety of roles across different organizations.

He has studied MFA, Creative Writing, Computer-Aided Writing at the University of Southern Mississippi, where he also completed a B.A. in Creative Writing and Composition. Additionally, McElroy has a Bachelor of Science in English from Jacksonville State University.

Currently, McElroy serves as the Creative Services Director at Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, where he uses his skills and experience in communication and storytelling to develop engaging, effective campaigns. He has previously worked as a Manager, Media Production, Employee Communications Specialist / HR Communications Manager, and AV Specialist at Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

McElroy has also worked as a Freelance Communications and Training Consultant at McElroy Media Services and SkyTel. Prior to that, he worked as Senior Manager, Distance Learning Group, Director, Corporate Communications, and Manager, Training and Communications at SkyTel.

McElroy has also served as an Associate Professor of English / Dean of Students at Magnolia Bible College.
