She has completed a Master's degree in Behavioral Psychology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from prestigious universities such as the Oregon Health and Science University and the University of Phoenix. Faith has worked as an Operations Supervisor at OHSU's Knight Cancer Early Detection Advanced Research Center, and in various administrative roles at OHSU, Everest Institute, Northwest Community Management, Life Church, Miller Paneling Specialties, and Walsh Construction.
