Bryant Troville is a results-driven and detail-oriented Facilities Manager of Maintenance with extensive experience managing large-scale distribution centers. Over the course of his career, he has been responsible for managing teams of maintenance personnel, overseeing comprehensive repair and PM programs for complex equipment and machinery, and optimizing warehouse processes to maximize efficiency and throughput.

Troville is an experienced change agent and bridge-builder, with a proven track record of implementing new corporate initiatives and improving shift operations while maintaining production capacities. He is an expert in facility safety, security, and maintenance, and has developed SOPs for OSHA compliance and provided HazMat training to maintenance personnel and operations.

In addition to his technical skills and expertise, Troville is also a skilled communicator and team leader. He has directed and trained department staff in their role as support to operations and chaired a successful safety program.
