Mike Capper is an experienced Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in various professional roles. After studying BMS, Economics, Marketing, and Accounting at The University of Waikato and Accounting at the Manukau Institiute of Technology, Mike served as an Assistant Tax Manager at Ernst & Young New Zealand before joining the Inland Revenue Department as an Investigations & Services Officer. With a keen interest in technology and start-up companies, he proceeded to work as an E-Business Consultant at Zeald.com and later founded his own small web-based business, Kettlebells NZ Limited.

He has also held several senior finance management positions, including Finance Manager at Airwork Holdings Ltd, Corporate Reporting Manager at Genesis, and Financial Controller at Auckland Tourism Events & Economic Development Ltd. Mike has been an independent Director at Profit Cubed Limited and is currently a TM1 Developer & Finance Business Solutions Specialist at Genesis. His valuable and diverse experience has made him an expert in finance systems, reporting, and corporate accounting.
