He holds a Degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a post-Graduate Degree in Regulatory & Business of Energy from Fundação Getulio Vargas. Rodrigo has provided legal support to infrastructure projects in the Electric Power, Ports, Airports, Mining, Oil&Gas, and Biotechnology sectors.
