Christopher Tarr is an accomplished business leader and former management consultant who has made Singapore his home for over a decade. With a track record of 10+ years, Tarr has brought to market new mobile services, strategic partnerships, and innovations in fintech, AI, OTT video, and customer loyalty. Tarr is an INSEAD MBA graduate with a BS in computer science from MIT. He currently holds the position of Head of Mobile Services & Partnerships for Southeast Asia & Oceania at Samsung Electronics. Tarr has been instrumental in setting up and leading high-performance teams to deploy new services across the region, overseeing all aspects of business development, product management, marketing, and operations. He has extensive experience leading strategic partnerships and new business development, delivering global best practices, new business models, and driving innovation through technology and marketing partnerships.
