Serena Balfour is a highly experienced Chairperson, with years of expertise in the non-profit organization management industry. She has demonstrated great skill in event management, marketing, strategic planning, social media, and management. Serena is a strong business development professional, having graduated from Shipley School Bryn Mawr PA and Foxcroft School Middleburg Virginia. She has made significant contributions throughout her career in various organizations such as the Governor at Newman Catholic College, Chairman and founder at US Charitable Trust, Friends of Warsaw Charity, and Children's Aid Society. She is a former Trustee at the African American Institute and American Museum in Bath. Serena is also passionate about education and has previously created and been the main donor at Tutume McConnell Community College.
