Devijaya Nair, an HR specialist with extensive experience in talent acquisition and business partnering, currently works as an Associate Director at ChapmanCG, a global executive search firm based in Hong Kong. With a postgraduate degree in HR management and a bachelor's in management majoring in marketing, she has worked in several sectors, including private banking, general insurance, and retail in Mumbai.

Devijaya's expertise lies in identifying and hiring the top HR talent in Hong Kong, Southeast, and South Asia. She has worked with CHROs across industries to help them achieve their talent acquisition goals. Prior to ChapmanCG, she worked as Chief Manager of Human Resources for Kotak Mahindra Bank, a leading private sector bank. She has also been an HR Business Partner for Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Co. Ltd., HR Business Partner for Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co. Limited, and Deputy Manager for HR at Reliance Retail.

Born and raised in Mumbai, India, Devijaya relocated to Hong Kong in 2018 with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, trying out different cuisines, and performing traditional Indian dance form called Bharatanatyam.
