Guy Lachmann, a senior partner at the Hi-Tech Group of Pearl Cohen's Tel Aviv office, brings years of experience as a seasoned attorney, specializing in hi-tech, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law. With his extensive knowledge and expertise in the fields of internet, mobile, AI and ML, fintech and blockchain, media and AdTech, cyber, clean-tech, and AgTech, medical devices and mHealth, he has represented entrepreneurs, investors and companies in various stages of their development. Guy has provided practical guidance and support to clients in the early stages of development, through growth, and exit transactions. His clients rely on him to provide counsel on ongoing legal needs, fund formation and counseling, joint ventures, strategic and commercial transactions, cross-border expansion, and corporate governance. His entrepreneurial experience includes serving as a consultant & representative in Israel at Firmvision Ltd. and as the Sales and Marketing Manager at Belixir Ltd. Guy is also a former Business Development & Claims Dept. manager at Lachmann Ltd. and a former member of the editorial board of "Law and Business", the IDC Herzliya Law Review.
