Morgan Rider is an innovative leader with over 25 years of experience in developing and implementing programs that protect human health and the environment for public and private sector organizations. Rider is a co-founder of Thriving Design, a company that aims to assist clients to thrive through design. Rider is continuously learning and taking the executive leadership certificate in Financial Success for Nonprofits from eCornell. Rider studied B.S. at Cornell University and holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management for Financial Success from Cornell University.

Rider also worked as an Environmental Manager at LSI Logic.
