Kedge's professional journey started in the late '80s as a researcher for an MEP and lobbyist. She then established a business in Poland just after communism's fall across Eastern Europe and the USSR in 1991. She returned to the UK and joined the not-for-profit sector, founding WellChild, now the national charity for sick children. In 2009, Kedge was appointed as CEO of Prince Harry's charity, Sentebale, where she provided independent mentoring and project advice, leading international visits across South America, Africa, and Europe.

In 2016, she founded Longbow, a family office dedicated to offering leadership development, communications, talent search, and succession planning services to UHNW families.
