Mario Crisfulla

Mario Crisfulla is an accomplished Talent Acquisition and Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and staffing strategy. He has a proven track record of success in identifying and attracting top talent at all levels, implementing strategic staffing models, and creating process efficiencies. Mario has experience working in both corporate and agency recruiting environments and is well-versed in industry trends, HR policies and procedures, and state and federal laws.

Mario has held several leadership roles throughout his career, including Talent Acquisition Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and Executive Director of Human Resources: Talent Acquisition at the School District of Philadelphia. He has also served as Director of Staffing & Talent Management at Comcast Cable Communications, Recruitment Project Manager (Contractor) at Newspaper Support Services, Inc., and Recruitment Project Manager (Contractor) at Title Resource Group.

Mario holds a BS in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph's University, as well as an MBA in Finance and General Studies and an MS in Human Resources & Organizational Leadership from Widener University. He is a member of various HR and Recruiting organizations and is open to networking opportunities.
