Pasquale Romano is an accomplished hospitality industry professional turned entrepreneur. He has worked for renowned names like 9GROUP at Palms Casino Resort and Caesars Entertainment Corporation. From 2005 to 2010, Pasquale was promoted five times in quick succession to become the Director of VIP Services. Pasquale was responsible for hospitality sales, team development, operations, and marketing strategy. He has overseen the re-vamping of Total Rewards Program and set up a small elite team to cater to hospitality customers who did not have gaming tendencies. In recognition of his work, Pasquale was responsible for securing year-over-year growth, contributing significantly to transition Las Vegas from a gaming town to an entertainment destination.

Pasquale moved to Las Vegas in 2005 to pursue his music career, but a chance opportunity at Rain nightclub had him hooked on the hospitality and entertainment industry. He was with Caesars Entertainment Corporation from January 2014 until 2017, after which he partnered with A&P Brotherly Love as a boutique investment real estate company. In 2020, Pasquale Co-Founded Local Press LLC, and their first concept was Squally's Café, a health and wellness brand, built with the belief that a healthy outside starts with a healthy inside.

Pasquale studied Communications and Public Relations at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and studied at New Castle Senior High School.
