Peter Bauman

Peter Bauman is a seasoned Senior Director with Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, who has specialized in the sale leaseback advisory, purchase and recapitalization of industrial and office properties across the Southwest, and has a national expertise with single tenant industrial, office, medical, retail, data center, and ground lease assets throughout the United States. With his vast experience, Peter has been successful in selling properties totaling over $1.5 billion in 36 states. Prior to joining IPA, he worked at JLL Capital Markets, where he was a leader in Net Lease Group and Top Producer from 2016 to 2020. Before that, he was with Colliers International specializing in investments sales and net lease assets on a national basis. Peter has co-chaired and been on the Board of the Leadership Committee for the Net Lease Practice Group, and he is known as an industry leader across all single tenant product types. He holds his real estate license in Arizona and Nevada.

Peter's notable transactions, including $142.9 million worth of medical buildings and $99.3 million of office buildings, have earned him a reputation as a top performer in his field. His experience in net lease properties has also earned him recognition, including the National Colliers Rising Star award. Peter's diverse portfolio and his successful leadership experience in the industry make him an asset to the IPA team.
