Having previously served as Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Altrum Honors, Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Icon Recognition, and Director, Financial Deal Toy Division at The Award Group, he has amassed vast leadership, business, and management experience.

Sokoler has dedicated his career to promoting mental health awareness, implementing policies and programs that reduce burnout and employee turnover, and helping organizations promote happier, healthier, and less stressed workplaces. Through his work, he aims to have mental health seen, understood, and cared for as seriously as physical health.
