Marni Rozen is a highly experienced organizational leader specialized in human resources and talent management. With a rich background in the field, she has worked with clients in diverse industries, developing strategies to optimize productivity and drive transformation while meeting business goals and objectives. Marni has particular expertise in managing post-merger integrations, separations, and carve-outs, delivering human-capital-focused solutions to address the needs of the workforce. Her areas of expertise also include assessing and enhancing business processes, implementing HR technologies, and offering critical industry perspectives to anticipate and respond to organizational needs. As the Director of Management Consulting at RSM US LLP, Marni leads the company’s Human Capital practice for the North region, having previously served as its Talent Acquisition Regional Director. With a Bachelor's degree in English from Tufts University, Marni also attended White Plains High School.
