He previously served as the software and services research lead for India at IDC, the general manager of consulting and research at eProbe Research, the senior manager of research at AMI Partners, and as an assistant manager research at IDC. Additionally, he has a bachelor's degree in physics from Ramakrishna Mission Residential College, a B.Tech. in electronics & instrumentation from Jadavpur University, and a PGDBA in finance & IT from ICFAI Business School Kolkata.
