Michael Rosenblat is a highly experienced lawyer and strategic advisor, boasting a diverse skill set spanning a broad range of corporate matters. Rosenblat began his academic journey at the State University of New York at Binghamton, where he pursued a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with top honors. Later, he attended the prestigious University of Chicago Law School, where he studied law and was a member of the Order of the Coif.

Throughout his distinguished career, Rosenblat has worked in various senior roles, providing counsel to C-Suite executives and boards of directors on matters such as M&A, corporate governance, shareholder communications, employee matters, deal litigation, securities law, and compliance matters.

Rosenblat is currently serving as SVP, AGC - M&A, Capital Markets and Strategic Transactions at Verizon, where he has previously held several other senior legal positions. Before joining Verizon, Rosenblat worked as a Corporate Attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and as an M&A Associate at Skadden Arps.

Additionally, Rosenblat's expertise helped him secure a senior accountant role at Deloitte early on in his career.
