Olav Junttila is a highly experienced leader with a strong background in investment banking, private equity, and operations, with a particular focus on sustainable infrastructure and technology. With extensive global sector coverage responsibilities, his expertise covers a broad range of industries, including solar and wind energy and energy storage. Junttila is skilled at building and cultivating relationships with large corporates, growth companies, and investors in the energy and sustainability sectors.

Junttila has also been successful in "bridging the gap" between large and small companies, as well as between companies in different geographies, with a proven ability to source and execute a broad range of strategic and financial transactions. Additionally, he is skilled at managing people and transactions across multiple geographies and work cultures.

Junttila received an MBA in Financial Management from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Cand.mag. (Bachelor's equivalent) in Economics, Law, and Political Science from the University of Tromsø (UiT). Junttila has held several leadership positions throughout his career, including as Managing Director at Nomura Greentech, Partner at Greentech Capital Advisors, CFO at Pegasus Solar, and Managing Partner at Whiteout Consulting.
