Michelle Fabiano is a seasoned professional with experience in marketing, operations management, and nonprofit organizations. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications from San Diego State University-California State University, and an IOM Certification in Nonprofit Organization Management from University of Arizona.

Throughout her career, Michelle has served in a variety of positions, including Sr. Manager of Programs and Events at SEMI, President/CEO of Chameleon Enterprises, Inc. dba Spa Chameleon, and Interim CEO of Falmouth Chamber of Commerce. She has also worked as a real estate investor and media planner/buyer at several advertising agencies. Her unique and diverse experiences have given her a cross-cultural perspective and the ability to engage stakeholders worldwide.

Michelle's strengths lie in strategic planning, operations management, cross-functional collaboration, PMO, marketing, and new media literacy. She is skilled at standardizing processes, optimizing resources, and improving customer experience. Michelle's approach is warm, positive, and collaborative, which invites a unique anomaly to exist and thrive.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys pursuing humanity through the arts and activity through nature. She volunteers on committees and serves on nonprofit boards in addition to pursuing wellness and nature-based activities.
