He is the founder of Ospree.io, a full suite of risk and compliance solutions for the digital-asset industry. With a Master's Degree in Engineering from the University of Tokyo, with a specialization in Data Mining and Machine Learning, Javier is leveraging his experience in using technology and data to help financial institutions to be regulator-ready and reduce illegal transaction processing risk.

Previously, Javier was the Head of Technology Risk & Compliance at Maecenas and APAC FC Risk CTA AVP at Credit Suisse. He has managed projects in multiple countries and companies ranging from Fortune 500 Enterprises to Fintech Startups. Javier is a contributing author to the “The RegTech Book” and has been involved in blockchain projects since 2014.
