Madeline Keulen is a prominent figure in the world of venture capital with extensive experience in business management, social entrepreneurship, and innovative leadership. Keulen earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Continuing her educational pursuits, she also studied Management at Stanford University and Psychology at the University of Sydney.

She is currently the Vice President at Victress Capital, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage startups, and formerly served as the Co-President at VCGC and Venture Fellow at G51 Amplify. Prior to that, she worked as a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman and founded Dolcetti, an online bakery. Keulen also worked as a Resident Counselor for Global Innovation Programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business and was a Social EntrepreneurSHIP Member at Semester at Sea/ISE.
