Emma MacNay is a skilled partnerships manager, creative brand strategist, and experienced event management professional with a passion for building relationships and collaboration. With a strong background in creative brand experiences, Emma has developed a keen eye for identifying opportunities and transforming ideas into successful projects, driving results for her organization. Emma earned a 2:1 Bachelor's degree in Event Management from Leeds Beckett University after studying at Brigshaw High School and Language College and Pontefract New College.
Emma has held various project management and coordination roles in her career, including her current position as Partnerships Manager at SOUL CAP, where she works on developing collaborative partnerships to grow the business. Prior to this, Emma worked as a Project Manager for simplybetter and ICF Next, where she delivered successful creative communication projects. Emma has also worked as an Event Content Producer for Innovation Enterprise, coordinating large-scale events and managing content development.
Before her work in project management, Emma worked in several event assistant roles, including a placement for CH&Co Group and a role as an Event Office Assistant at Leeds Metropolitan University. Emma also served as the Student Representative of Year 2 Events Management and a Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Leader at Bournemouth University.
