Roland Votacion is a business consultant and leader with experience in helping companies thrive by providing affordable and reliable remote staff and resources. His company, Dev Partners (Philippines), specializes in building industry-experienced, high-quality, and client-focused agile teams for global businesses. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Roland has also assisted foreign companies in establishing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firms in the Philippines, from business registration to operations. His resource pool covers a wide range of technical skills, including front-end and back-end development, UI/UX design, database development, mobile app development, project and product management, as well as virtual assistance, accounting, and bookkeeping.

Roland holds an MBA in Enterprise Development and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. He is also the President of the Roland Torres Votacion Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization that aims to help the less privileged in society.
