Stacy Shanks is a legal business expert with a passion for analyzing and drafting agreements that benefit all parties involved. With extensive experience in the legal aspects of banking, management consulting, and technology, she offers a unique perspective on the impact of technology on the legal sphere. Her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Millikin University prepared her for roles as an Associate National Bank Examiner at the US Treasury Department's Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and as a Compliance Officer at First Federal Bank, FSB.

Shanks was later a Lending Compliance Program Manager at Barnett Banks, Inc. and a Bank Regulatory Consultant at Geo S Olive, CPA, where her experience in both legal and financial spheres sharpened her skills in dealing with regulatory compliance. Afterwards, she transitioned to consulting for management and technology firms, including Guidon Performance Solutions and TeleTech, where she honed her skills in drafting agreements and working with legal documents.

She presently serves as VP of Administration at Myndshft, a firm focused on developing innovative solutions with distributed ledger technology. Shanks has a keen interest in the legal side of blockchain and its potential to revolutionize the legal industry. She is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers, which has become her personal mission.
