Lucila Crena is an accomplished theological educator, strategist, and project manager with a passion for cultivating productive dialogues and empowering individuals and organizations to foster positive change. She holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Regent College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University. In addition, she studied at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and had her Ph.D. candidacy at the University of Virginia.

Lucila Crena currently serves as an Instructor in Theology, Ethics, and Culture and Managing Director of Theological Education Between the Times at Candler School of Theology. She is also a former Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Virginia and a former faculty member at the Centro de Estudios Teológicos Interdisciplinarios.

Before joining the academy, Lucila Crena accumulated valuable experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors. She worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where she developed expertise in strategy and execution through data-driven analysis and market research. She also held leadership positions with various organizations, including Senior Director of Strategy and Special Projects at Sustained Dialogue Campus Network, Program Director at ProInspire, and Special Projects Manager at Year Up.

Lucila Crena's expertise and skills include theological education, ethics, cultural analysis, strategy development, organizational leadership, project management, market research, and data analysis.
