Throughout his career, Xavier has held positions in different organizations.

He is the Founder of Granny's Organic Foods, a successful venture that offers organic food products across India. Before starting his company, he served as General Manager of Marketing & Operations at SSTC. Prior to that, he was the Publications & Integrated Marketing Communications Officer at JKKN Educational Institutions, and an Executive of Corporate Communications at Voltech Group of Companies. Earlier in his career, he also worked as a Business Development Executive cum Sub Editor at OMR Express.
