Caio Issa is a seasoned software engineer with a passion for implementing technology solutions that make people's lives better. His expertise lies in backend development, software architecture, design patterns, testing, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines. He has worked with prominent organizations such as CI&T, Progress Rail (A Caterpillar Company), BotCity, Dextra, QuintoAndar, Nitryx Consulting, and Faculdades de Campinas, honing his skills in machine learning and linear optimization.

A graduate of both the FACAMP - Faculdades de Campinas (engineering) and the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (physics), Caio has a wealth of experience under his belt. At CI&T and Progress Rail, he worked as a software engineer, developing and delivering viable software solutions. As a data science intern at QuintoAndar, he honed his skills in data pipelines for big data, utilizing popular tools like Pandas, SKLearn, PySpark, and PyTorch. He has also worked as a physics teacher at Colégio Visconde de Porto Seguro.

Caio has vast experience with AWS services like Lambda Functions, Step Functions, Api Gateway, IOT, DynamoDB, and Cloudwatch. He is always keen to learn new technologies and has taken up side projects and courses to sharpen his skills.
