Kaylor Garcia
Kaylor Garcia is a skilled Health Research Communications Specialist with a wealth of experience in child and adolescent health. She is an expert in creating systems of interventions that support positive youth development across the lifecourse. Kaylor has a Masters of Science in Public Health, Child and Adolescent Health from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she conducted research on improving technical assistance and training for the Communities That Care intervention framework. She has a background in health communications and has worked on projects such as the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s STD Awareness Month. Her interest in adolescent health led to her work as a National Teaching Fellow with Citizen Schools, an extended learning-time program in Henderson, North Carolina.
