Richard Stempler is a highly accomplished real estate professional with over 15 years of legal and business experience in various areas of the industry, including real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, land use and zoning, and green building. Stempler's legal and business background has earned him a reputation as an industry leader, previously recognized in the "New Jersey SuperLawyers Rising Stars" listing in 2011 and 2012 by Thomson Reuters. Stempler holds a JD from Rutgers Law School and a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University. He also studied at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the School for Field Studies, and Indiana University Bloomington.

Stempler is a Partner at Dentons US LLP, where he continues to excel in various aspects of real estate. Prior to that, Stempler was a Project Manager at Connection-Newark and the New Newark Foundation. He also served as the President and Executive Producer of Stempler Productions, Inc., where he demonstrated his skills in the business and creative aspects of the industry.

Stempler is also actively involved in his community, having served as the Vice President, Trustee, and Building Chair at United Synagogue of Hoboken. Additionally, Stempler is the former President and Ecopreneur of Stempler's Contract Interiors, where he blended his passion for both business and sustainable development.
