Rachel Moon, an experienced educator with 27 years under her belt, has proven to be a leader of several initiatives to assist school districts and their departments. Rachel has a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the University of North Texas and her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater/Theater from Southern Methodist University. Her foundation lies on faith, family, and a drive for excellence.
Rachel's professional background includes several leadership positions, such as Assistant Principal High School and Principal at Dallas ISD and Texans Can Academies. She was also a Coordinator for Community and Family Relations, Parent Initiatives, and Student Advocacy and Youth Mentoring. Prior to this, Rachel was a Title I Specialist and Theatre Arts Teacher at Dallas ISD and PSJA ISD.
Rachel is a team player and enjoys collaborating, conceptualizing, and developing strategic and operational plans from start to finish. She is an excellent communicator, passionate about serving others, and living life with purpose and drive.
