As the Director of Information Technology at Aura, Shawn is fully dedicated to assisting businesses in understanding, selecting, and implementing technological solutions that improve efficiency, enhance security, and comply with industry regulations. Previously, he served as a Systems Engineer and Systems Administrator in the Internal Services department of Aura, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of internal systems.

Prior to this, Shawn gained experience as a Call Center Specialist, Data Systems Processor, and Teller at Icon Credit Union, developing a strong understanding of customer service and financial processes. Additionally, he worked as a Sales Associate at Wilson Ventures, where he gained experience in the publishing industry.
