Umberto Saccone is a well-qualified and experienced professional who has served in various high-ranking positions in the security and intelligence fields. He studied Scienze Politiche at Sapienza Università di Roma and also completed the Combined Strategic Intelligence Training Program at Defense Intelligence College in Washington DC.

Throughout his career, Saccone has worked for various organizations and institutions, including serving as the Direttore Master at Link Campus University and the Presidente del CdA at IFI ADVISORY. He has also worked as a Consigliere Scientifico presso Fondazione I.C.S.A. and as an Amministratore Unico at Port Authority Security s.r.l. (PAS). Moreover, he founded and managed Grade Società di Consulenza and APASS Associazione Professionale Security & Safety.
