Vijay Basrur is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in digital transformation, digital music, eCommerce, mobile gaming, product management, technology infrastructure, and leading strategic digital initiatives. With over 23 years of experience, Vijay has worked with large corporates and early-stage companies and has demonstrated a passion for leveraging technology to create a strategic business differentiator.

Vijay has held many executive and leadership roles, including Vice President Digital at Mahindra Agri Solutions, Sr. GM Digital Transformation - Group Strategy Office at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, Business Head – eCommerce at Raymond Limited, Chief Operating Officer at Synqua Games, Vice President – Product & Technology at Quikr India Pvt Ltd, and Vice President - IT at Inox Leisure Ltd. Vijay was also involved with Baazee.com (eBay India), NIIT Technologies, and Batliboi International at the beginning of his career.

Vijay’s expertise lies in understanding user behavior, addressing implicit needs, conducting competitor analysis, and building a product road map that meets business objectives. He is an innovator who has successfully managed leadership roles to ensure growth, not only for the organization but also for his team members. Vijay is a graduate of Walchand Institute of Technology, with a degree in BE, and a PGDBM from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research. He is also involved in many organizations, including being a founder of OK Listen Media and a former board trustee of Applied Environmental Research Foundation and PPSSM.
