As COO at Funera Ab Sweden (and Country Director at Funera Oy Finland), I have had the privilege to be one of the key players in building up a new company, disrupting the market and thus changing the way people look at funeral home companies and law firms in Finland. Lightness, flexibility, transparency and innovativeness of a modern digitised company was introduced to an established and old fashioned market.

As CMO of the company I was responsible for the Growth in Sales and the creation of marketing for our e-learning services Rockway.fi (B-to-C) and Rockwaykoulut.fi (B-to-G). I worked actively with Direct Sales, Lead Generation and Marketing, Corporate Branding, Market/Business Analysis, and Product Development. Tools and processes I use to manage my work are among others: Sprints, Scrums, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Adverts, Trello and Slack. I was also responsible for our subcontractors concerning online campaign building, direct phone sales and everything that has to do with lead generation in general. I also initiated and managed our TEKES-projects, Suomen Verkko-Opisto joint venture and applied for the INNOSUOMI-prize the company received. I'm still an owner in the company and is a member of the Board.

Also, repsonsible for the project management of the Nordic Innovationcentre -supported Nordic Network and co-operation between all Venture Cup competitions within the Nordic countries (4 in Sweden, 3 in Denmark, 3 in Norway and 1 in Finland). Last assignment at Venture Cup, project manager of the pan-european pitch final called Midnight Sun Pitch, which gathered business competitions' finalists and international investors to a two-day event in Espoo/Technopolis.

Tender production during winter and a substitute for account managers during summer vacation period. After that full-time working as Sales Assistant and stand-in for Key Account Management especially during summer vacation periods. Final assignment at Siemens, writing of Master Thesis.
