Michael Bianchi is a digital strategy, experience, and design expert with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He is the creator of Experience First Design™, a hybrid methodology that combines Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, User-Centered Design, and Lean UX to provide a continuous process through the SDLC. Bianchi is also a public speaker, career coach, advisor, and author who specializes in innovation, products, business models, ecosystems, and user experiences (UX, CX, EX). He is equipped with a degree from Arizona State University and has held positions such as a Member of the Design Leadership Forum at InVision, AVP, Digital & Customer Experience Global Lead at Hexaware Technologies, Senior Manager UI/UX Interactive Design Lead, Salesforce.com at Accenture Federal Services, and Principal UI/UX Global Lead, Salesforce.com at Tata Consultancy Services.
