Dee Poku-Spalding is an accomplished entrepreneur, women's advocate, and former Hollywood studio executive with years of experience in brand marketing and communications. Born in the UK and raised between London and Accra, Poku-Spalding is the Founder and CEO of The WIE Suite, a membership community and platform for women leaders and creators. Her career highlights include senior marketing roles at Paramount Pictures and Focus Features, where she oversaw international campaigns for major films such as 'An Inconvenient Truth' and 'No Country For Old Men'.

Poku-Spalding has also founded various initiatives, including The Other Festival, a platform for female makers and creators, and Black Women Raise, an initiative to increase access to capital for black female founders. Over the years, Poku-Spalding has attracted numerous business and cultural leaders to her global gatherings, including Queen Rania, Melinda Gates, Naomi Campbell, and Jill Biden.
