She has led teams and managed projects during mergers, acquisitions, high client growth, and restructurings. Katharine is a dedicated and organized leader who prioritizes building and fostering a culture of cooperation and collaboration across cross-functional project teams. She demonstrates a keen ability to challenge schedules and budgets to become more efficient.

Katharine's exceptional oral and written communication and reporting skills and common-sense approach have been invaluable in reporting to C-level management on portfolios of 50+ projects in progress and in pipeline.
