Scot Schlein is an accomplished Technical Recruiter with a wealth of experience in hiring top Software Engineers, Mobile Engineers, and Product Managers. With a focus on finding the best talent to help Square continue building its vision, Scot serves as a full cycle recruiter, navigating the hiring process and ensuring that all new hires align with Square's culture and values.

Before joining Square, Scot worked as a Consumer Hardware Recruiter at Google, a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek, an Assistant Coach at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, a Paralegal Specialist at the Florida Department of Children and Families, and an Assistant Coach for Softball at Jacksonville University.

Scot holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Florida State University, where he honed his skills in teamwork, leadership, and communication. He is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities and believes in building relationships for the long haul.
