With over two decades of experience in senior leadership roles, Swatee specializes in innovation, commercialization, emerging technologies, product management, digital media, mobile, wireless, content, healthcare, new product development, and new product launch.

Some of her notable achievements include leading Litesprite, a healthcare tech firm that blends games, machine learning, and big data to improve health outcomes for chronic conditions. Furthermore, Swatee has proven success in building and launching technology-based businesses in her past leadership roles, including the former Lead Consultant at Premera Blue Cross, Senior Product Manager and Senior Innovation Strategist at T-Mobile, Senior Research Program Manager, and Business Strategy Manager at Microsoft.
