Mindy Zhang is an executive coach and former product leader and manager of teams at well-known tech companies. She started her career as a consultant at the Wharton Small Business Development Center and then transitioned into product marketing at Microsoft. Afterward, she worked as a Group Product Manager in File Collaboration and later moved into Business Operations at Dropbox as an early employee. Most recently, she was Head of Product Growth at Oscar Health, leading up to the company's IPO. Mindy partners with founders and leaders who share her values of ambition, creativity, and care, helping them lead in ways that drive results. She has been an Executive Coach at Throughline and a Program Partner at On Deck. Mindy is a lead facilitator and curriculum designer at The Grand World, an Angel Track & Fast Track Mentor at First Round Fast Track, and a Consultant at the Wharton School. She graduated from The Wharton School, where she studied Marketing, Operations & Information Management.
