Yiying Qi is a professional English language trainer currently working at Phoenix Education in Beijing, China. Her focus is on providing training programs for TOEFL and American cultural studies. Yiying's prior work experience includes serving as an instructional designer/trainer at Lenovo Group, Beijing, China. She has also completed several internships, mainly in education and health-care in Indiana State, USA. Yiying completed her bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Xi'an International Studies University and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Resources Development at Indiana State University.

With diverse work experience and a strong educational background, Yiying brings a unique perspective and approach to language training. Her passion for education and cultural studies is evident in the training programs she executes.
