Ben Flanagan is a technical research manager with an extensive background in geography, mapping and cartography. After studying a Bachelor of Science in Geography at the prestigious University of Manchester, Ben went on to forge an impressive career working for Esri UK. Over the years, Ben has held various roles including Cartographer and Technical Research Lead before eventually securing his current position as Technical Research Manager.

Throughout his career, Ben has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise using GIS systems, mapping technologies and data visualization techniques. He is highly skilled with a variety of software packages and is often called upon to give presentations, conduct training workshops or provide consultations to clients.
